Responsibilities: As an Executive in our Warehouse department, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving raw materials and packaging materials for our pharmaceutical products.
- Generating Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for received raw and packaging stock.
- Coordinating with planning and other stakeholders to support the Nutra Project.
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with GMP and WHO guidelines.
- Executing the Quality Management System for the warehouse, including risk assessment, change alert creation, and conducting regulatory audits.
- Ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Storage Practices (GSP), and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols within the warehouse.
- Assisting other sections of the warehouse, such as Finished Goods (FG) and packaging operations.
- Supervising the warehouse team and distributing tasks effectively.
- Maintaining compliance with documentation and activities to meet regulatory standards.
Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse management within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
