Job Overview:

  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
    • Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position, directly assisting or reporting to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and support tasks. Your key duties include:

  • Managing the Group Executive’s Calendar: Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
  • Handling Communication: Screening and responding to phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Preparing Documents and Presentations: You will be responsible for preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and other communication materials for both internal and external meetings.
  • Coordination: Coordinating schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, and supporting the executive team in their day-to-day activities.
