Getz Pharma is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive – Procurement to join our Supply Chain team in Karachi. If you have a BBA degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Software Coordination: Collaborate with the IT team to develop software for tracking packaging material procurement from order placement to payment.
- Procurement Management: Take ownership of the procurement and delivery process for packaging materials, from receiving artwork to commercialization, ensuring adherence to specified timelines.
- Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulations and obtain necessary approvals before initiating procurement activities.
- Cost Management: Evaluate market prices for competitive advantage, negotiate material prices, and place orders at the best rates while maintaining quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage material availability according to standard lead times, and expedite as required based on business demands. Address day-to-day challenges in the procurement process.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
