Role Description:
As an Assistant Manager in Internal Audit at Master Group of Industries, your role is critical to maintaining the integrity and reliability of our financial data and ensuring compliance with internal audit standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting controls testing on departmental administrative routines to ensure compliance with internal audit standards.
- Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, policies, information systems, and internal controls.
- Reviewing bookkeeping methods to maintain the integrity and reliability of financial data.
- Performing planned financial and operational audits.
- Conducting audits for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and budget compliance at Raiwind and Mirpur factories.
- Participating in meetings to discuss audit findings with department representatives and heads.
- Appraising the implementation of improvement actions from previous meetings.
- Reporting audit findings to the DM Internal Audit and preparing accurate written reports.
- Assisting with ad-hoc reviews conducted by the department.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management related to internal audit.
