Position: Executive – PMS (Performance Management System)
Job Responsibilities:
As an Executive in the Performance Management System team, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of the Performance Management System to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Analyzing performance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance overall performance.
- Ensuring compliance with existing systems and processes to optimize performance management practices.
Job Specifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in performance management or HR-related roles.
- Strong analytical skills, written communication abilities, and stakeholder management capabilities.
