Job Opportunity: Executive In-Line Quality at Style Textile

Style Textile, a leader in the textile industry, is currently hiring for the position of Executive In-Line Quality. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in fabric quality control, dyeing processes, and a strong commitment to ensuring product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive In-Line Quality, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Fabric Quality Control:
- Evaluate fabric shade using spectrophotometer readings, visual assessments, and key fabric characteristics.
- Ensure the accuracy of fabric shade at the unloading stage of all customer-dyed lots using both spectrophotometer data and visual evaluation.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Dyeing Quality Manager to establish, refine, and maintain dyeing quality standards, ensuring consistency across all operations.
- Problem Resolution:
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on any quality-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement:
- Partner with the production team to identify inefficiencies in processes and drive improvements in dyeing and quality workflows.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Total Quality Management (TQM) or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a related field (textiles, dyeing, or quality control).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and share insights.
- Experience with spectrophotometer use and quality assessments is preferred.
