As an Executive HVAC Engineer at Getz Pharma, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within the organization. Your role will involve supporting the HVAC team in providing a comfortable and safe working environment for employees.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
- Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, including air conditioning units, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with the HVAC team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities, including service reports and equipment performance data.
- Monitor and analyze HVAC system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in managing HVAC-related contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in HVAC engineering.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Proficient in HVAC design software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards in HVAC engineering.
