Job Description
As an Executive / Assistant Manager – Administration, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the administrative function, ensuring a well-maintained workplace, and fostering a healthy, safe, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Oversee the management of the office facilities, ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Administrative Support: Maintain proper documentation and administrative records, assisting with reports and communication as necessary.
- Liaison with Departments and Government Agencies: Act as a liaison between the Admin Department, associates, and relevant government departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintenance Management: Oversee repairs, maintenance, and facility services, ensuring that all infrastructure needs are met promptly.
- Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness protocols to create a safe environment for employees.
- Additional Duties: Assist with other special duties as assigned by the department head, contributing to the organization’s overall administrative efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MBA/MPA or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG industry, managing administration, facilities, or operations.
Skills and Competencies
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams, departments, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges proactively, providing solutions and managing operational efficiency.
