Job Description

As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the face of Qarshi Research International, responsible for managing the front desk area, greeting and guiding visitors, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visitor Management: Greet and guide visitors, clients, and staff professionally, ensuring they have a pleasant experience.
• Phone Management: Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments promptly.
• Administrative Support: Handle front-desk administrative tasks such as courier handling, scheduling meetings, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is neat, welcoming, and professionally presented at all times.
• Office Coordination: Provide support to the admin team with office coordination tasks, document handling, and other administrative duties when needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience, particularly in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles.

Skills and Competencies

• Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with visitors, clients, and staff.
• MS Office Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Al Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools is highly desirable.
