Position: Deputy Manager Systems and Audit (Construction)

Key Responsibilities:
As the Deputy Manager Systems and Audit (Construction), you will be tasked with overseeing the audits of various construction-related activities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, cost-effectively, and according to company standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Audit Repair & Maintenance: Audit ongoing repair and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and efficient processes.
- Contractor Bills & Vendor Payments: Scrutinize contractor bills and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Verify construction material quality and quantity through site visits and lab tests.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with contracts, CSQs, and market rates for materials and labor.
- Mega & International Projects: Conduct audits for large-scale and international projects, ensuring cost transparency and overall efficiency.
- Oversee Special Projects: Supervise and verify the construction standards and activities for special projects, ensuring they meet all technical and financial guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Education: A B-Tech degree is required, preferably in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 6-7 years of experience in a similar role OR 2-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS), Costing Engineering, or direct construction management.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Microsoft Office, and Privira Software is a must for this role.
- Skills: You should have a strong understanding of construction audits, cost control, and contract management.
