Position: Deputy Manager Sales Planning and Operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales planning, operations, or a related field.
Overall Responsibilities:
As the Deputy Manager Sales Planning and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy, optimizing operational processes, and fostering business growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to accurately forecast demand, minimizing stockouts or excess inventory.
- Sales Target Setting: Work closely with the field team to set realistic sales targets and objectives aligned with organizational goals.
- Sales Planning and Forecasting: Develop comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and forecasts to guide business strategies and initiatives.
- Sales Operations Oversight: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including process optimization and performance analytics, to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other functions within the organization to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports from dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
