Sapphire Fabrics Limited, a leading name in the textile industry, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager Quality Control (Washing). Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality control processes related to the washing of textiles to ensure they meet Sapphire’s quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, guidelines, and best practices within the washing department.
- Conduct thorough inspections of washed textiles to identify defects and deviations from quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to provide timely feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
- Supervise a team of quality control inspectors, providing training and guidance to ensure their effectiveness.
- Maintain and update records of quality control findings and corrective actions taken.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve quality issues and ensure that the final products meet customer specifications.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the washing department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control, with a focus on textile washing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in the use of quality control tools and software.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
