Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for industrial engineering and process optimization? Crescent Bahuman is currently seeking a Deputy Manager Industrial Engineering to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead resource management, capacity planning, and process optimization initiatives at our denim sewing plant.
Position: Deputy Manager Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities & Duties: As the Deputy Manager Industrial Engineering, your key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Resource management and process optimization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Capacity planning and ensuring smooth execution of production processes.
- Development and verification of piece rates, as well as managing payments.
- Implementation of lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, PDCA, and KAIZEN to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and mitigating losses.
- Planning and executing changeovers to minimize downtime.
- Balancing production lines and mitigating bottlenecks to optimize throughput.
- Coordinating with production, planning, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Developing plant layout and expansion plans to support future growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering.
Work Experience:
- 4 to 6 years of experience, preferably in denim sewing.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- People management skills.
- Analytical skills.
