Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration (BBA), or an equivalent qualification such as ACCA.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field.
- Thorough understanding of auditing principles and accounting standards.
Job Description:
As an Internal Audit Officer at IHSAN SONS (PVT) LTD., your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting audits of company invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Performing audits of factory payroll to verify correctness and adherence to company policies.
- Reviewing monthly leave records and other employee benefits for accuracy and completeness.
- Auditing employee full and final settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Conducting monthly stock audits to verify inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
- Auditing monthly journals, sales returns, and other financial transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Visio, SAP B1, and databases to effectively perform audit tasks.
