Position: Deputy Manager HR – Organizational Design & Structure
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in HR, inclusive of 2-3 years of managerial experience.
Education: Masters in HR or equivalent degree.
Job Description:
As the Deputy Manager HR – Organizational Design & Structure, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and Maintaining Organizational Structure: Overseeing the design and maintenance of the organizational structure to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational efficiency.
- Role Clarity Documentation: Creating and updating role clarity documents for all executive positions within the organization to enhance accountability and clarity of responsibilities.
- Conducting Job Evaluations: Conducting job evaluations to assess the relative worth of different roles within the organization and ensure equitable compensation and career progression opportunities.
Location: Faisalabad
