Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in CRP Fabrication and Garment.
- Education:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management or BSc in Textile Engineering (Specialized in Garment/Fabric Manufacturing).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Planning:
- Oversee supply planning for high-level capacity planning in Knit to Pack.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Demand Cell, Material Planning, Production Control, OSP, and IE teams to ensure a seamless supply chain process.
- Harmonization:
- Create harmony in the upstream to downstream supply chain, aligning resources for bulk production.
- Resource Utilization:
- Maximize resource utilization to achieve efficiency and productivity targets.
- Ex-Factory Dates:
- Meet committed Ex-Factory dates through effective planning and coordination.
- Supply and Demand Balancing:
- Balance supply and demand to optimize operational efficiency.
- Cost Reduction:
- Implement strategies to reduce costs and overall lead time through continuous process improvement.
