Job Title: Deputy Manager – Access Operations

🛠️ Key Job Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager Access Operations, your core duties will include:

• End-to-End Network Management:
  ➤ Oversee the FTTX (Fiber to the X) access network, ensuring maximum uptime and SLA adherence.
  ➤ Monitor and manage TAT (Turnaround Time) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) targets for rapid issue resolution.
• Customer Complaint Management:
  ➤ Supervise the entire complaint management lifecycle to ensure prompt and professional responses to customer issues.
  ➤ Analyze complaint trends, identify recurring faults, and implement preventive strategies.
• Team Leadership & Shift Planning:
  ➤ Lead and mentor the operations team to build a culture of performance and accountability.
  ➤ Develop rotational shift schedules to maintain 24/7 operational support coverage.
• New Connections & Network Expansion:
  ➤ Manage FTTX rollout, deployment of new fiber connections, and coordinate network expansion projects.
  ➤ Ensure installation quality and timeline adherence.
• Vendor Coordination:
  ➤ Liaise with vendors for equipment procurement, maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
  ➤ Ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical specifications.
• SLA Compliance & Operational Excellence:
  ➤ Monitor operational processes to ensure SLA, TAT, and MTTR targets are met consistently.
  ➤ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all facets of access operations.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience in FTTX operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

🧠 Required Skills & Certifications

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent in networking/telecommunications.
• Solid understanding of FTTX architecture, fiber deployment, and service restoration processes.
