Job Title: Deputy General Manager Mechanical Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
As the Deputy General Manager of Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance activities related to mechanical systems and equipment. Your duties will include:
- Leadership: Providing leadership and guidance to the mechanical maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Planning and Strategy: Developing maintenance plans and strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
- Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance of machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues, coordinating repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance measures.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
Location: Diamond Fabrics Limited, located at 26 Km – Faisalabad Road, Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
