Detailed Job Summary: Your Mission as Department Head – AML

As the Department Head – AML  for Anti-Money Laundering, you will be the strategic leader responsible for the entire AML framework of the bank. Your mission is to develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures that detect, prevent, and report money laundering and terrorist financing activities. You will lead a team of specialists, serve as the primary expert on AML matters, and ensure the bank’s practices are in strict adherence with all local and international regulations, including those from the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

  • Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD): Lead the strategy for customer risk profiling, ensuring KYC (Know Your Customer) standards are met and that enhanced due diligence is conducted for high-risk customers, including Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
