Key Responsibilities
The Fleet Manager will be responsible for the smooth, safe, and cost-effective operation of the company’s vehicle fleet.
- Fleet Management: Manage more than 300 vehicles and ensure they remain available, operational, and compliant with relevant requirements.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee routine servicing, repairs, preventive maintenance, and vehicle readiness.
- Fuel and Cost Control: Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, operating costs, fuel cards, and maintenance expenses.
- Legal Documentation: Manage vehicle registration, permits, fitness certificates, ownership transfers, token tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Government Coordination: Work with relevant government authorities to complete documentation and obtain regulatory approvals on time.
- Fleet Performance Monitoring: Track vehicle utilization, downtime, fuel efficiency, costs, and transporter performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operational Improvement: Introduce effective controls and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve fleet productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
