Job Purpose
As the Creative Head for Western Wear, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process. This involves managing all design aspects from initial planning to final execution. Your role will include:
- Strategically dividing responsibilities among our design, graphic design, and tech pack teams.
- Ensuring each category for Kids, Boys, Girls, and FUROR Men and Women meets its thematic requirements.
- Conducting rigorous market research and visiting markets to identify trends and materials.
- Collaborating closely with merchandisers to ensure timely delivery planning.
- Aligning production with seasonal demands.
Job Specifications
Education: A Master’s degree in Fashion & Textile Designing is essential for this role. This educational background will ensure you have the technical knowledge and creative skills needed to excel.
Experience: We are looking for candidates with 4 to 5 years of experience in the fashion industry. This experience should include a proven track record of innovative design and successful project management.
Software/Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, ERP, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required. These tools are essential for creating, managing, and presenting design concepts effectively.
Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Innovation: The ability to create fresh, trend-setting designs.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Creative Design: Exceptional design skills to produce visually appealing and marketable products.
