Role Title: Client Relations Executive
Department: Commercial
Location: Karachi – City Office
Position Type: Full-Time

As a Client Relations Executive, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing the relationship with Airblue’s clients. You will work closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction, resolve any issues, and support the sales and commercial teams. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high levels of customer service and ensuring smooth operations in line with the airline’s objectives.


🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for the Client Relations Executive role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in a sales or commercial department, preferably within the airline or travel agent industry.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of airline practices and procedures.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to be a team leader and manage multiple tasks effectively.
