Academic Qualification:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must have completed their BANAAT BSO Batch 2024 and hold a graduation degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

Main Responsibilities:
As a Banking Operations Associate, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of our banking operations. These include:
- Handling customer requests related to transactions, cheque management, and fund transfers with precision and efficiency.
- Safeguarding keys and managing cash transactions in adherence to procedural guidelines and SBP’s regulations.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the digital banking landscape and evaluating their potential impact on our operations.
- Conducting timely cash balancing at the end of each day and maintaining the cash vault according to instructions.
- Managing remittance-related functions such as PO, FDD, ICDR, etc., with attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation packages and a range of benefits to our employees, including:
- Minimum Hiring Salary: Rs. 50,000/-
- Minimum Hiring Grade: OGIII
- House Financing Facility at 3.5%
- Car Financing Facility at 5.75%
- Qarz-E-Hasna at 0% for All Permanent Employees
