Job Title: Associate – MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
Job Description:
If you have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for optimizing processes, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to join our team at STYLE TEXTILE as an Associate in Material Requirements Planning (MRP). In this role, you will play a critical part in planning, coordination, and implementation activities to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Planning: Collaborate closely with Yarn, Dyeing, and Knitting Teams to prepare weekly production plans.
- Accessories Planning: Create lists of garment accessories for future planning, ensuring alignment with buyer manuals and their effective implementation.
- Production Efficiency: Strive to achieve an On-Time Target (OTT) of 99% for in-house printed items, ensuring timely deliveries.
- ERP Best Practices: Implement best practices for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to enhance data accuracy and generate customized reports.
- Failure Reduction: Work to reduce failures across the entire process through effective MRP strategies.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate adjustments of leftover fabric and garment accessories within the ERP system in collaboration with stores and dyeing quality teams.
Ideal Profile:
- Education: B.Sc/BS in Mathematics or Statistics.
- Experience: A maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Location: Lahore, Pakistan.
