Meezan Bank Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Product Manager. As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and management of our banking products and services. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to kick-start your career in product management within the banking industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and management of banking products and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Assist in creating product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in conducting user acceptance testing and gathering feedback for product enhancements.
  • Support the development of product documentation, including product guides, FAQs, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective product training and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and market conditions that may impact product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work in Karachi, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
