Are you a finance professional with a knack for treasury operations and strategic financial management? JINN Petroleum is seeking an Assistant Manager Treasury to join our team in Karachi.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA Part Qualified, CMA Finalist, or MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury operations or a similar role
- Sound knowledge of cash management, banking functions, and financial documentation
- Strong negotiation skills for rate negotiation with banks
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including SAP
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Assist and monitor cash management and transactions, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth banking operations.
- Manage funds for daily working capital requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Assist in processing finance documents such as BBFS/LAF, including renewal, fresh issuance, or extension as required.
- Coordinate with banks to arrange financing lines and negotiate rates for import payments.
- Assist in analyzing and monitoring borrowing expenses and finance costs.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities to facilitate financial planning.
- Prepare daily cash and bank position reports.
- Review and maintain the insurance policies register to ensure compliance.
