Job Role Overview

As the Assistant Manager TA & OD, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition and organizational development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include organizing recruitment events, forecasting hiring needs, facilitating new hire onboarding, conducting market surveys, and driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Organize job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
  • Hiring Forecasting: Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Onboarding Process: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with various departments.
  • Market Surveys: Conduct market surveys to benchmark against industry practices.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Education: Master’s in HR from an HEC recognized university.
  • Skills: Strong communication, persuasive, and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.
