Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager Reporting/Finance, you will play a key role in the finance department, contributing to the overall financial health and reporting accuracy of Ismail Industries Limited. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting to facilitate decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Contribute to the budgeting process, providing insights and analysis to support strategic financial planning.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles, keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations.
- Data Analysis: Utilize financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide support for business initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: MBA in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Reporting within the FMCG/Manufacturing sector.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to convey financial information to various stakeholders.
