- Title: Assistant Manager Production
- Experience: 4-5 years in FMCG
- Education: BE Mechanical, Electrical
- Location: Lahore, Muridke

Key Responsibilities: As an Assistant Manager Production at Dawn Bread, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing overall production in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Creating weekly and daily employee schedules and managing time-off requests.
- Developing and implementing quality control standards to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Efficiently managing equipment to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all production orders.
- Conducting training sessions for staff and workers, ensuring adherence to GMP and PFA (Pakistan Food Authority) standards.
- Leading and ensuring smooth compliance with quality, safety, and production audits.
