Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation Management: Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
  2. Benefits Administration: Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  3. Salary Surveys: Conduct salary surveys to stay informed about industry trends and ensure the organization’s compensation packages remain competitive.
  4. Policy Development: Collaborate in developing HR policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  5. Employee Communication: Effectively communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, providing clarity on available offerings.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations concerning compensation and benefits.
  7. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.


  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System), excellent communication, and a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies.
