Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Management: Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Salary Surveys: Conduct salary surveys to stay informed about industry trends and ensure the organization’s compensation packages remain competitive.
- Policy Development: Collaborate in developing HR policies related to compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Employee Communication: Effectively communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, providing clarity on available offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations concerning compensation and benefits.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to assess the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System), excellent communication, and a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies.
