As the Assistant Manager – Fulfillment & Delivery Operations, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Pick-Pack-Ship (PPS) process for timely order fulfillment and efficient delivery operations. This role requires a proactive leader to manage third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships, optimize last-mile delivery metrics, and ensure seamless operations between various teams.


🎓 Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, delivery, or fulfillment operations.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong understanding of last-mile metrics, fleet management, and 3PL operations.
    • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and logistics dashboards.
    • Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage multiple teams and vendors.
    • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address any operational challenges.
    • Preferred: Familiarity with OMS/WMS systems, courier integrations, and Shopify.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager – Fulfillment & Delivery Operations, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the Pick-Pack-Ship (PPS) process to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment across all regions.
  • Maintaining delivery success rates, targeting 95%+ for in-house fleet and 70%+ for Zellbury Express (ZEX) orders.
  • Managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
  • Leading and managing the fulfillment team, including hiring, training, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new outlets for e-commerce operations to ensure smooth transitions and operations.
  • Handling vendor Purchase Orders (POs) and maintaining documentation related to delivery and fulfillment.
  • Liaising with Customer Service, IT, and Merchandising teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Tracking and reporting daily KPIs such as fulfillment rates, returns, and delivery turnaround time while working to optimize processes.
