Job Role Overview
As the Assistant Manager in Finance and Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial integrity and adherence to regulatory standards within our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing internal audits, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Internal Audit: Conduct internal audits to assess financial risks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in financial operations.
- Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize sourcing and procurement processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Qualification: CA/ICMA Finalist or ICMA/ACCA qualified.
- Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in the textile industry.
- Expertise: Strong background in internal audit, finance management, and procurement processes.
- Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi.
