Job Role:
As an Assistant Manager Finance at Leopards, your key responsibilities will include:
- Payable & Receivable Cycle Management: Efficiently manage the payable and receivable cycles, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Monthly Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports, including segment-wise reporting, to provide insights and analysis.
- Treasury Management: Oversee treasury management, including Cash on Delivery (COD) reporting.
- Product & Service Costing: Analyze product and service costs to support decision-making and pricing strategies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate in the development of budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis to track performance against targets.
- Tax Planning: Stay updated with federal and provincial tax legislations, and actively engage in tax planning activities.
- Corporate Planning & Secretarial Compliances: Contribute to corporate planning and ensure compliance with secretarial requirements.
- Expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards: Apply expert-level knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) to financial processes.
Job Requirement:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Prior experience in finance operations within the courier industry is a plus
Experience Required:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance
