As the Assistant Manager Engineering at Bunny’s Limited, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the engineering team, managing work assignments, scheduling staff, and coordinating their activities to achieve specific goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee the operations of the engineering team, ensuring that work assignments are managed efficiently and staff activities are coordinated to achieve specific goals.
- Product Process Modification: Modify and maintain product-related processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Project Assessment: Assess project requirements and measure the performance of engineering components, devices, and machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Business Operations Knowledge: Utilize strong knowledge of business operations to streamline engineering processes and contribute to overall company success.
Requirements:
- Education: BSc degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of proven working experience in mechanical/electrical engineering.
