We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to join our team in Faisalabad.

Position Overview: Are you a passionate HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition? Sadagal Limited is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities: As the Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:

  1. Organizing, planning, and executing selection processes through social media and advertisements in accordance with our recruitment policy.
  2. Coordinating interviews and selecting candidates based on approved CVs.
  3. Utilizing a variety of selection methods, including interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.
  4. Reviewing employment applications and background check reports.
  5. Using innovative sourcing methods to fill challenging roles.
  6. Attending career fairs, college fairs, and similar events to build a talent pipeline.
  7. Designing, planning, and executing employer branding activities.
  8. Encouraging employees to become brand ambassadors.
  9. Establishing HR and recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Core Expertise: To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. Proficiency in recruitment marketing tools, processes, and strategies, including platforms like LinkedIn, Rozee, and other social media sites.
  2. Experience in participating in job fairs and technical institute fairs.
  3. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.


  • MBA/MPA specialization in HR.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in the same position in Talent Acquisition within the textile sector.
