Position Overview

As an Assistant Manager in Business Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager and overseeing various functions within the sales department. Your responsibilities will include compiling sales reports, demand planning, sales forecasting, and daily monitoring of credit sales. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within FMCG sales operations management, along with strong analytical and communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to assist in various functions within the sales department.
  • Compile periodic sales reports using information systems such as ERP and SEC Sales System to facilitate decision-making.
  • Conduct demand planning and sales forecasts for regional and functional teams.
  • Monitor daily credit sales to ensure adherence to sales limits.
  • Maintain daily dashboards with relevant information to share with management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within FMCG sales operations management.
  • Location: Defence Lahore.
