Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for analysis and reconciliation? If so, Nishat Chunian Group is looking for you to join our team as an Assistant Manager Accounts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial operations by performing the following key responsibilities:
- Prepare and Analyze Sales Data: You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing sales data to support decision-making processes. This includes closely monitoring controllable expenses and store consumption, conducting variance analysis as needed to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Accruals and Adjustments: You will book provisions of accrued expenses and adjustments accurately. This meticulous work is essential to maintaining the financial integrity of our business.
- Monthly Stock Take: Conduct monthly stock take of the entire business unit. Your attention to detail in this area will help ensure accurate inventory records.
- Cash Management: Enter monthly cash imprest in the system, helping to manage our cash flow efficiently.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile sales and receipts with invoices and prepare bank reconciliation statements accordingly. Your expertise will contribute to the accuracy of our financial records.
Person Specifications:
- Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who are CA (Finalist)/ACCA qualified, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting principles.
- Relevant Experience: Ideally, you should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to handle the responsibilities outlined above.
