As an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Engro Corp, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire talented individuals for the organization. This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment activities to attract top talent.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and addressing candidate queries.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification of selected candidates.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
