As an Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition at Engro Corp, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire talented individuals for the organization. This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
  3. Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  4. Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  6. Participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment activities to attract top talent.
  7. Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing feedback, and addressing candidate queries.
  8. Conduct reference checks and background verification of selected candidates.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment strategies.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
  8. Strong ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
  9. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  10. Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
