Key Responsibilities:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and applicable industry standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and labor regulations, as well as brands’ code of conduct.
- Conduct EHS Risk Assessment to identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans.
- Implementation of Emergency Response Plan.
- Proficient in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Incident Investigation.
- Provide training and education to employees on compliance matters, including safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure that policies are aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Conduct supplier audits as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in compliance within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on environmental, safety, and labor compliance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant local and international regulations and Code of Conduct (CoC) standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
