If you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields, along with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager International Business, your key responsibilities will include:
- Vigilance in marketing services-related documentation.
- Proficiency in export-related custom documentation and awareness.
- Shipment follow-ups until the destination is reached.
- Building and nurturing relationships while facilitating communication between finance, supply chain, and production teams.
- Proficiency in handling SAP & ERP software.
- Reconciliation of finance ledgers with local and international distributors.
- Gaining knowledge of country-specific exchange rates.
- Generating monthly, weekly, and quarterly sales reports team-wise, SKU-wise, and team target-wise.
- Preparing profit and loss sheets as per the financial year and country-wise.
- Participating in country-specific annual budgeting and forecasting team-wise.
- Developing presentations for the sales team.
- Creating sales summary reports for the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related areas.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience.
Skills & Experience Required:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Commercially focused mindset with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical and numerical skills.
- High-level competence in Microsoft Excel and other office packages.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
