🎯 Role Impact

As Assistant/Deputy Manager QA, you’ll safeguard product integrity across our Medicine Division & Stores, ensuring every batch meets stringent regulatory and consumer-safety standards. Your expertise will directly impact lives while upholding Qarshi’s reputation for excellence.

🔬 Core Responsibilities

Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct in-process tests, verify checks, and maintain precise GMP documentation.

• Oversee sanitation/fumigation protocols and line clearances in production/storage areas.

• Review batch release reports and authorize product dispatch.

• Ensure 100% accuracy in batch particulars (Mfg/Exp dates, pricing) on packaging.

Systems & Collaboration

• Record results in SAP inspection lots and manage QA data entry.

• Compile batch documentation for regulatory audits (DRAP, ISO 9001/14001).

• Liaise with Production, QC, and Dispatch teams for timely material release.

• Report daily observations to department heads and drive corrective actions.

Strategic Leadership

• Lead site QA activities and mentor junior quality staff.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate quality systems.

⚖️ Ideal Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications

• Education: Pharm-D (non-negotiable).

• Experience: 4–6 years in pharmaceutical/FMCG Quality Assurance (GMP environment).

• Technical Skills:

  • Mastery of GMP/GLP standards and QA documentation.

  • Proficiency in SAP QA modules and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001.
