Role Overview

As an AM/Executive Internal Audit, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the company’s financial integrity by evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and identifying areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits focused on sales expenses, procurement processes, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate risks and align with company policies.

• Analyze procurement procedures, vendor contracts, and purchase order management to enhance cost efficiency and compliance.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements across all financial operations.

• Assist in fraud detection and investigate financial discrepancies to uphold organizational integrity.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Educational Background: CA-Inter, ACCA, MBA, or M.Com.

• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in internal audit, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in data analysis, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.

• Advanced Excel skills for complex data evaluation and reporting.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP S4Hana.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and propose solutions.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
