Position: Admin Officer

Location: North Region
Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s in any discipline from a reputable institute, preferably Master’s

Job Summary

As an Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of daily administrative activities in the North Region. Your responsibilities include providing a supportive environment for the region while enhancing its effectiveness and productivity. Key duties entail:

  • Administration Expertise: Demonstrating a sound understanding of administration and procedures to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Event and Vendor Management: Overseeing event management activities and effectively managing vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of services.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster clear and efficient communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Leveraging Microsoft Office tools proficiently to streamline administrative tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintaining a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to address issues effectively as they arise.
  • Organizational and Time Management: Demonstrating strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
