1. Shift & Staff Management

  • Prepare duty rosters for gate operations staff
  • Manage shift schedules and overtime planning

2. Inventory & Stock Control

  • Conduct physical stock counts of finished goods
  • Monitor Bulk Water operations and asset tracking
  • Verify warehouse losses and report discrepancies

3. Vehicle Movement Monitoring

  • Track and reconcile vehicle entry/exit records
  • Investigate mismatches in transportation and delivery data
  • Maintain accurate gate movement documentation

4. Returnable Goods & Material Tracking

  • Maintain records of Returnable OGPs (Outward Gate Passes)
  • Follow up on outstanding returnable items
  • Ensure timely closure of pending materials

5. Packaging Material Reconciliation

  • Reconcile empties, shells, layer sheets, and pallets
  • Match physical stock with system records for accuracy

6. Financial & Compliance Verification

  • Verify labor contractor invoices
  • Ensure compliance with approved rates and agreements
  • Review cash payment vouchers for accuracy

7. Incentive Validation

  • Validate monthly and quarterly incentive calculations
  • Ensure correctness for FLOS and CCTV teams
