Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Officer, your primary duties will include:

  1. Handling customer queries via Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls.
  2. Managing both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  3. Responding to customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Coordinating with courier/logistics partners regarding order dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  6. Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

This role is a blend of communication, coordination, and problem-solving, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates should have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or related field
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer support
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
    • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Professional phone etiquette

Prior experience in e-commerce customer support or familiarity with online sales platforms is an added advantage.
