Position Overview – Administration Manager
The Administration Manager will play an important role in managing the overall administrative operations at the factory site. The selected candidate will ensure that all facility services, support staff operations, and vendor-related activities run efficiently.
This role requires a professional who can manage multiple administrative tasks, coordinate with various departments, and maintain operational efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
Job Responsibilities
Facility and Operations Management

Ensure smooth daily operations of the production facility

Oversee facility management, cleanliness, and utilities

Manage fleet operations and company vehicles
Vendor and Procurement Management

Handle contracts and procurement processes

Coordinate with vendors for factory maintenance, security services, housekeeping, and office supplies
Team Management

Lead and supervise administrative support teams, including:

Office boys

Drivers

Housekeeping staff

Other support staff

Asset and Inventory Management

Manage company assets and vehicles

Maintain inventory distribution records
