Position Overview – Manager Finance
The Manager Finance will play a key role in managing the organization’s financial stability by overseeing treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk control.
This position requires someone who can ensure that the company maintains strong cash flow, efficient financial operations, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for several critical finance and treasury functions, including:
1. Liquidity and Cash Flow Management

Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and liquidity position

Ensure sufficient funds are available for operational and strategic needs
2. Working Capital Optimization

Develop strategies to optimize working capital

Improve the organization’s financial efficiency and resource utilization
3. Cost Control and Operational Efficiency

Lead initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving operational efficiency

Identify opportunities to strengthen financial performance
4. Financing Facilities Management

Manage funded and non-funded financing facilities
-
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions regarding financing arrangements
5. Investment and Financial Risk Oversight

Oversee company investment activities
-
Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with financial policies
6. Cash Management and Digital Payments

Strengthen cash management processes
-
Encourage the use of digital payment systems for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications and Experience
