🔹 1. Shift Incharge – Mechanical Maintenance

Qualification: DAE (Mechanical) or equivalent
Experience: 10–15 years of solid fuel boiler maintenance or related mechanical maintenance experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the mechanical maintenance of solid fuel boilers and related systems.

• Ensure efficient and safe operations of all mechanical units.

• Lead a team of technicians for preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Maintain documentation, operational logs, and compliance with QHSE standards.

• Report equipment issues and coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely repairs.
