As the Manager of QA/QC & Lean Transformation, you will be the guardian of our product integrity and the catalyst for operational excellence. Your mission is twofold: to build and maintain an unbreachable quality assurance system from raw material to final product, and to lead a comprehensive lean transformation across the manufacturing floor.

1. Develop and Implement Robust QA/QC Systems

  • Note: Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred, as it is renowned for its rigorous quality and lean standards.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in:

  • Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 knowledge is a plus).

  • Lean Tools such as Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping.
