Job Summary:
The Learning Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective learning and development programs for the employees at Fatima Group. This role is vital in ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training and development programs that align with Fatima Group’s strategic goals.
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify training needs across departments and recommend learning solutions.
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain educational materials, training manuals, e-learning modules, and other learning resources.
- Training Delivery: Deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, departmental heads, and external partners to ensure training objectives are met and integrated into daily operations.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or education management.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to assess learning outcomes and create effective development plans.
- Familiarity with modern training tools and technologies.
